Badwy creation of abstract expressionism work followed a long period of development and maturation of intense theoretical thought based on his personal artistic experiences. He called this devotion to liberty of Soule, which is a central aspect of his art.
it is a characteristic of object, or idea that provides a perceptual experience of pleasure or suffering or just feeling empty, one has to learn the meaning of satisfaction (Badwy said). my art is studied as part of aesthetics, sociology, social psychology, and culture. (it is a cultural creation of colors which has been extremely filtered by my eyes,my ears and my soule).
He learnt from a variety of sources during his youth in the Mediterranean till 24 years old, after he had obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science (BA/SS) degree he had started his seconde life learning in Zürich. after reaching the age of 34, he would recall being fascinated and unusually stimulated by color as a child.( he says ; my mother was a drawing teacher and she always asked me if I want monye or colour and as a child I always answerd of course colors any way I got my monye from my dady )
He learnt The fascination with Color psychology cause it refers to investigating the effect of color on human behavior and feeling, distinct from nature .
He mentioned that every inveronment has it's owne color as much as light shows us. so if you living in the Mediterranean area.you have a different color sense than if you are living in europe, continued as he grew in europe felt that the colors had changed .
Depression is also described as “feeling blue” I would say feeling dark blue cause if you see the light blue of the sky you wouldnt catch Depression ( light and colors ) if there is no light there are no colors.
He relates that the countryside of Switzerland are decorated with such wonderful colors that, upon touching them with your hands, he had the impression that life is a great painting and all of us are moving into it, using our energy to change colors.
The experience and his study of figures art (Figurative Zeichnen) in HGKZ Zurich, in particular the use of Lines on a bright background, was reflected in much his early work. but after visiting paris Orsay Museuem he was fascinating of the art work he saw A few years later, he first related the act of music and words for creating painting , he would explain it in an exhibition called one word, one music, one painting in the manner for which he would later become noted and wrote, "Color is the glass of the window of soul, through eyes and ears we make the most contact with the environment, then into minds like words and music which I crystalize them into Ideas, then to paintings
painting is like writting abook with colors. can you read art ?
It was not until 2001, at the age of 36, that Badwy gave up a promising career in translating business to enroll in art school of life and began learning art on his own. Also in 2001, he saw an exhibit of paintings by Kandinsky and was particularly taken with the famous Expressionistic, to him, Kandinsky had a powerful sense of color. Later he would write about this experience:
((That it was a Kandinsky Book in french which I didn't understandd a word, but I always looked at his paintings almost daily, the paintings informed me that this artist is wanting to tell us things but he confuses us and himself. I could not recognize what he wants. This non-recognition was painful to me. I dully felt that the objects and formes in the paintings were too much . And I noticed with surprise and confusion that the pictures are telling a lot by the colores but not by the formes, the forms created a confusion which hurted my eyes to concentrate on the coloures ,Kandinsky is telling a graphical colored story . which if you don't read about that painting, you would not understand, there are a lot of artist who like to make theirselves mystery .
Painting should give you a simple massage
which you don't need to read about it to understand.
if you show me colors to say be happy, I would appreciated it more.!
Badwy was also spiritually influenced by Sophist (dialogue)clarify what is the nature of the Being (that which is), Not-Being, Sameness, Difference, Motion and Rest, and how they are interrelated with Art.
also by Philosophy in general , the study of general problems concerning matters such as existence, knowledge, truth, beauty, law, justice, validity, mind, and language.
also by Danto who was studying philosophy in addition to pursuing art. "I liked writing philosophy better, so I just stopped cold," he says. "Doing philosophy and art at the same time was like living two lives--and one life was enough." From that point on, Badwy was "single-mindedly a painter," as he painted the schyzophranie.
Badwy was very fonded of Nietsche In The Birth of Tragedy Nietzsche presented his theory of the ancient dualism between two types of aesthetic experience, namely the Apollonian and the Dionysian; a dualism between the plastic "art of sculpture", of lyrical dream-inspiration, identity (the principium individuationis), order, regularity, and calm repose, and, on the other hand, the non-plastic "art of music", of intoxication, forgetfulness, chaos, and the ecstatic dissolution of identity in the collective. The analogy with the world of the Greek gods typifies the relationship between these extremes: two godsons, incompatible and yet inseparable. According to Nietzsche, both elements are present in any work of art. The basic characteristics of expressionism are Dionysian: bold colours, distorted forms-in-dissolution, two-dimensional, without perspective.
